It's a Hallmark kind of a day!!
I started watching Hallmark during the holidays. I loved the imagery of Christmas. Everyone in these small towns all grew up together and knew each other. It was an environment I wanted to visit and ultimately stay. I would own one of these Victorian houses and decorate it beautifully for the holiday season.
I moved to Central Florida four years ago. I was unable to withstand the cold. I have Raynaurd's Syndrome. During an attack of Raynaud's, affected areas of your skin usually first turn white. Then, they often turn blue and feel cold and numb. As you warm and circulation improves, the affected areas may turn red, throb, tingle or swell. The cold would seep into my body and I could almost see my bones shivering and knocking together. Originally, I lived in Northern NJ so the cold was a major issue.
I woke up not feeling great. My fingers and toes are swelling. I have these electric currents that are simply moving throughout my body in pain. I need a nap. It would be wonderful to jump into that Hallmark kind of life. Rest, Lupies because the body is fighting.
